All services are scheduled based on mutual agreement between Maverick Pressure Cleaning Services and the customer. A confirmed booking indicates acceptance of these terms.

1. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information given by the client. Final pricing may vary if job conditions differ from the original scope.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and digital transfer.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Property Access

Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the areas to be cleaned. If access is blocked or unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule or charge a fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take all precautions, Maverick Pressure Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose paint, or fragile surfaces affected during cleaning.

6. Environmental Conditions

Services may be postponed due to weather or environmental hazards that make cleaning unsafe or ineffective. We will reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.

8. Use of Photos and Media

With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes. Personal information will never be shared.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
